My Question or Issue

I can't log in with my email and password, I just keep getting "You're offline, check your connection and try again." I've tried re-typing in everything, re-downloading the app, etc. I can't log in to see if I'm in offline mode, but I have no problem signing in on my computer. Help!

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

I know you've already tried to reinstall the app on your device, however now I recommend that you try to perform a clean reinstallation. You can get the step-by-step of this process here on this support article.

After the clean reinstallation process, restart your device and try to log in to your Spotify account again.
