Can't LogIN and Access Family Premium Account

Hi, My dad got me a family account. But i clicked on the link and i can't seem to get into it still. Cant seem to access the account. It always says Opps something went wrong. Initially i was under US account but changed it to my country Malaysia. But still can't seem to get it sorted.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

Hi!

There's two possible options to consider;

Firstly : try opening the link via secure browser or simply different internet browsers (IE, Firefox)
Secondly (or also firstly) : try downloading the app to your computer or mobile device first. Once you've done this, try opening the link again.
Also, make sure to check the login credentials or details your dad has entered while purchasing the Family Account or adding your information to his existing account.
