Dear Spotify,

 

It's been more than 2 weeks since I last used spotify. 

I've e-mailed 5 times and didn't get any response so far. 

 

The problem is I can't login to spotify. I get an error saying that the username or password is incorrect. 

I've tried everything I could find on blogs and the spotify forum. Nothing worked.

The username and password are correct. I don't have any problems logging in to Facebook. 

 

I've tried:

- Resetting the password of my facebook account. 

- To launch spotify via facebook (music tab, launch any song)

- Entering username and password (without using the log in with facebook tab)

- Logging in on the website --> Am getting a redirect loop. 

- Clean reinstallation of the spotify app. On phone and Macbook. 

- Resetting my spotify password. It should send an e-mail with a link to change my password. I'm not getting that email.

 

And so forth. Probably forgot a few things. 

Spotify, it's been 2 weeks. I'm currently getting quite fed up with your music service. 

Is there any thing I can do?

Can you please post your 8-digit case #, you can find it on the confirmation mail you received.

Hi,

I can't find an 8 digit number cause I didn't get a confirmation e-mail.

What e-mail should I look for?

If you filled the contact form, you should have received a confirmation email, the case number is in the email's subject.

I filled in the contact form several times, but didn't get any response.

I've replied to a community mailer and I am currently in contact with spotify support. Thanks for your help.
