I hope you guys can help because I'm honestly at my wits end.

Ok I'm from New Zealand, and over here I can get Premium Spotify if I get my mobile service through Spark.co.nz.

 

So I've done that and been enjoying my music. but 2 days ago I couldn't log in, and I received the following message The username or password is incorrect. (Error Code: 3)

 

so I tried to reset my password and I received the following message (The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account. But it is because if I try to use the name nikgrid Spotify tells me that it's in use.) Now I don't normally use facebook to login (Although I had to create a new Spotify account using facebook to message you)

It's so frustrating because sometimes when I type my password into Spotify it starts to load and I can see my playlist then it gives me that error code. What the **bleep** is going on?!?!?

Please reach out to Spotify Support so they can look into your issue.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
