My Question or Issue

I can not get into my account. When I try to login it always says my password is incorrect even though i am certain that it is not. When i try to reset my password with an email, it says that my email is not linked to any account. I know that I used that email to create my account. I try my other possible emails and still the same answer. I know that my account has not been deleted because I looked and i can still find my account if I search for it in spotify. No one else who is in the premium family plan is having this issue. To post this I made a free account. If anyone has experience this before or knows how to fix this help would be greatly appreciated.
