Can't Login

My Spotify App suddenly crashed this morning on my Xiaomi Mi5. i've tried everything like clearing my data, clearing my cache, force stop the app. But i can't start the app again, keeps crashing without even showing the UI. 

So I uninstalled it and redownload the APP from google playstore, now the app can be loaded and showing the login UI. But then i can't login with my account! I tried login through the web and it worked, but i just can't login on my Phone.. I have a premium account! this is unacceptable.. please resolve this login issue.

Technical problems are a no go for me. I'd imagine you'll need to know the version of Spotify you're using, the device and OS that you're using it with and so on to be able to have that resolved in anyway. You'll want to have a chat with Spotify Cares in that case who you can reach through this contact form, their facebook or twitter.

Hi @ac_milanmania thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

I've seen some examples of trying different combinations of the username or email address for login on different devices working and getting you back in. For example Bearfootrecords@gmail.com would become Bearfootrecords. Have a go with that and let me know how you get on, doesn't always work but most often it does!

Thanks for the reply. I tried your solution and it works! thanks a lot.. But after i logged in.. i redownload my songs, tried to play it and guess what? it crashed again! Can't start the App again, its happening like the first app crash. Don't know what to do.. guess i have to cancel the premium, no point if i can't played it on my phone.
