Can't Play the Current Track

Can't Play the Current Track

Seen the other posts on this topic, but none of the solutions there have worked. I am a premium user.

 

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the application.

 

I have unchecked high quality streaming.

 

I have unchecked hardware acceleration.

 

I have unchecked Local files.

 

I have deleted local cache files.

 

This problem is making Spotify unusable. Every single track, no matter what it is, will not play.

Hey there! 

 

Are the tracks local files? Also, can you let us know what Spotify version and operating system version you're using? Do you have an approximate date/time it happened and does the playback stops/the error appears at the beginning or middle of a track? We'll see what we can suggest.
