Can't Renovate Premium Family

Guys, I've done the Premium Family, however part of my family aren't living on the same house, my sister have done it and put my ID and my mother's ID too. On the first month was ok, we payed it. When we were renovating it, on the second month, an error appear and affirm some informations were not correct. (After the part when a link is created to send for those people who are included on Premium Family)

I dont know if we could not renovate it because we aren't on the same adress, my sister created the package and she's adress is different from my mon and me. So when I click on the link, to register my ID on our Family Package, I can't finish it just because those errors that appear.

We had to create another account to be Premium. 

Anyone know why we can't renovate it?

Hey @DanielRuas,

 

Unfortunately it's against Spotify's policy to add family members to your plan who don't reside at the same address as the plan owner.
