My Question or Issue

My account has gotten some logins from other countries, so I changed my email and password. (It happened twice, I changed my password twice. Then it happened again, so I changed my email AND password this time.) I also signed out everywhere (using the option on the account info), every time, of course.

Now, I need to revoke all offline devices that I don't recognize. In this case, it's just this PS4. How do I remove this? I've checked over the device menus on both the desktop app, and my mobile app.

Edit: Two-factor authentication would solve my original problem easily and instantly. Spotify is a bit behind the times when it comes to security in that respect, in my humble opinion.

You might need to resend your link.

Hi there. I don't know why Spotify blocks some of my texts. Anyway, here is the email again:

Hope they help you with your issue.

Hey there @neeblets,

You can reach the Customer Services team by reaching out using this link here (Option 3), this will enable for quicker support and ensuring that the Customer Services team are able to also verify you are the account holder. In some cases, you may even be offered a Live Chat with a Spotify agent which isn't accessible through direct emailing which is another reason why the email address isn't shared and sometimes removed from posts, as it enables you to get help fastest.

If you'd prefer to reach Spotify on Twitter through Direct Message which is an awesome and quick way to do this, then head to @SpotifyCares by searching on twitter and looking for the verified check mark or using Option 4 on the about us page previously linked,

Have an awesome weekend.
