Can't Search a User Account on Spotify

My Question or Issue

I tried to look up an account called HKU MUSE (spotify:user:hxb2pscqyncmkayc21vjamzuc) but I can't find it on Spotify.

Thanks for reaching out.

Could you let us know what comes up when you search for the account in the Spotify app? A screenshot would be very useful, you can attach it via the Post Editor. Also, does this happen when using a different internet network? Perhaps a mobile hotspot could be a convenient way to test this out.

If that doesn't do the trick, it's possible that some of the app files are malfunctioning. This is usually resolved by performing a clean reinstall.
