Can't Sign In On My PC Version!

 My mom also has Spotify and she cannot log into her Spotify PC version. She is able to sign into the web version but not the PC...

 The buttons, "log in with Facebook", "reset password" and so on DO NOT WORK. IT keeps saying her username/email or password are wrong "error code 3".

 So I tried signing into my own account, and it still said the same. But my username/email and password were all correct!!

 Please help. This is very annoying....
