Can't Sign Up

Hi Spotify,

I have purchased Family Premium but my daughter is unable to create an account. I have been trying for a week and each time I submit the Sign Up page it hangs with no response. The account has not been created, I can not Sign Up.

Is there something wrong with the Sign Up page?

Hey @cantsignup,

Thanks for reaching out. 

To create an account, your daughter will need to be 13 years or older. If she's younger than this, it might be causing the issue. 

If this isn't the issue, we'd recommend trying again in a private/incognito window.
