Can't Update Payment

Hello,

I was subscribed to Student Premium but recently my card changed and the old one isn't valid anymore. I also got an email that I should renew my Student subscription.

Much has been going on so I wasn't able to focus on it until 2 days ago.

No matter where I go, I'm always brought back to a page that I need to go through, but it never loads.

I've managed to cancel my subscription today, but when I went back to try and start a new one, the page still wouldn't load.

I'll attach an image I took of the page I'm talking about.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as this is rather frustrating.

Thanks for the quick response!

I've tried it in other browsers but the same thing happened, the loading circle kept going and the link below it wouldn't do anything.

I just tried incognito mode and no luck there either.

It took me a while, but I found other devices to try. Even using my phone, I was unable to get past that page.

Can you try using a different web connection?

Also, please send me the URL of the site where the issue is happening on.

I'm not sure what you mean by different web connection. Do you mean like a different wifi network or something?

Thanks for sending over the link! By different web connection i'm talking about trying it while being connected to a different wifi network, mobile data etc. 🙂
