Can't accept my invitation for the family plan

My Question or Issue

I have been invited a few times by a friend to join his family plan. I have confirmed my data and address, but something wrong happens and the invitation doesn't work, so I can't join the premium family plan.

Can you please help?

i think you have to live at the same house. also you may need to ask if his family is full
