Can't access account after security password reset

Can't access account after security password reset

Hello,

 

I have an account part of a family plan (Premium) for which the password was automatically reseted for security issues (according to the email I received from Spotify).

 

Since then, I tried multiple time to access the account or reset the password but nothing is working and I am not receiving the emails with the link to reset it. I checked in my spam folder as well but nothing

 

I use Spotify on Mac and Iphone.

 

Could you please advise how I could proceed ? I lost my saved songs and access to the premium functionnalities...

Could you try resetting your password here using a different browser? A private/incognito window will work too.
