Can’t access account and don’t have the contacts it’s linked to

My Spotify account has premium and I want to cancel but I deleted the Facebook account it was linked to. Now it was and old Facebook account with an even older email so I have no way of sending the reset password form to anything I can access. It also seems you have to sign in to Spotify to get in contact with Spotify because they have no phone lines or emails. What can I do to cancel my premium?
