Can't access account

Hello, I have a Spotify account I made for my mom who does not use email that charges her credit card every month and recently her Spotify app logged her out and when I tried to log back in it brings me to a Spotify account of mine that only has 1 playlist that she did not make and all her saved music and playlists are gone. I cannot figure out how to access the username or email or password I used to make this account for her, also this account is not associated with a Facebook account. Any advice will help thanks!
