Can't access artist account (Artist doesn't exist)

I released music through Distrokid recently and it landed on the wrong artist page, I went through the system and got everything changed. Noticed it had moved on Saturday, the problem is when I go to claim the profile I get the error message in the pic. I had read some stuff about clearing cache and trying incognito mode but I've done all I can on multiple browsers. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
