Can’t access email to reset password

Can’t access email to reset password

I have a premium account and my Spotify app logged out randomly. I can’t log back in because I don’t remember my password and I don’t have access to that email anymore for a password reset.

About your issue, I suggest that you be in touch with the Customer Support. Just follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Customer Support page here.
  2. Select the option "Logging In".
  3. And then, select "Resetting my password".
  4. Tap "I still need help" button.

They can probably give you an answer through email within 24 hours or less.

Thanks for getting back to me. But I already did that. I got an automated message that I tried to reply to and no one has answered me after that.  Any other suggestions? 
 

 

If you followed the steps that I sent to you here, so you filled a form with your info and sent it to them, right? So check your inbox to see if you received an automatic email. Someone will check your case and give you an answer with 24 hours or less.
