Hey there! I am happy to help.

The Premium Individual + Hulu bundle is no longer available. If you are currently subscribed to that plan, you have been grandfathered into it and will continue to have access unless you change or cancel your plan. The only plan that offers Hulu is the Premium Student plan.

If you are on the Student plan and you are facing issues, can you let me know what's happening in some more detail? You can also try following these steps using a different browser or private window.

Let me know how this goes!

When did this change happen? I haven't made any changes to my plan but I seem to have lost access to Hulu as of today. Under my account it still says "Spotify Premium, now with Hulu on us" but following the link to Hulu when I log in there it wants me to subscribe to a paid Hulu plan.

Hey @Togurt,

Thanks for your reply here.

Spotify Premium + Hulu subscribers can see their Hulu bundle at any time directly from your Spotify account page. To do so, select Your Services under Account Overview to find Hulu. If you can see the service there, it means you still have access to the bundle.

Now, we'd suggest you log out of your Hulu account and then try to access it again following the steps mentioned above (from your account overview). Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Keep us in the loop!
