I updated my form of payment after my old card was declined but I am still unable to access any of my music

Hi,

It doesn't look like your payment details have been changed, which may explain why it's not working. I'd suggest changing them here: www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

For any more payments related problems though, you'll need to contact our payments team. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll get back to you as soon as they can.
