Can't access my Artist's profile

Hi, so I had my first release on Spotify via the Amuse platform, I had a personal account created previously with my artist's name and email because I didn't know about Spotify for Artists. I requested access and it was given and then I claimed my profile but it wasn't granted yet. Another thing is that when I open my song on Spotify it says the artist is verified already but when I open the Spotify for Artists app it says my claim wasn't approved yet. Does anybody know what's going on? Thanks
