Can't access premium account (No E-Mail linked)

My Question or Issue

I can't access my Premium Account with my new phone. There's no e-mail linked to it, so I can't reset my password. My username is 21bmlhxgye2xv4evmuz4yugqa. I have no idea what happened - not sure why this is my username or why there's no e-mail linked to it. Help! 😞
