Can't access premium account

Can't access premium account

I recently got a new phone and I've downloaded Spotify. When I sign in to my account it says I've only got Spotify free when I pay for premium. And I've tried signing everything out

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

What OS and device are you using?

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Hi there thanks for the reply but yes I've done everything you've said to try. Logging in and out etc, and it's still not worked. And I better be getting premium they've charged me £10 2 days ago, I also revived an email from Spotify saying I've never had a premium account when I know that I definitely have for at least a year.
