Can't access premium account

Can't access premium account

I've been trying to access my premium account for 3 months now and now that I finally have proof of payment and receipt, I'm being ignored by Spotify's customer support email with an automated email. My phone was stolen so I've lost my email account that I signed up with, I haven't signed up with facebook so there's no way of me accessing my account anymore. I would really appreciate any help from the support team!!!
