Can't access spotify from my ip

My Question or Issue

Hello, I can't access Spotify from my IP address and getting error 500.  An IP address is the same as always. But works fine with VPN. Help, please.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Could you please post a screenshot of what you see and if it's on the website, web player, or the app?

Also, the usage of Spotify over VPN is not officially supported and thus it's not recommended.

Spotify is currently not available in certain regions. I, unfortunately, don't have any additional info to share regarding this.

I actually asked my friends who use the same ISP (but on different IP ranges) it works fine for them.
Well, anyway thanks for the reply, I'll suspend my subscription until it is resolved.
