Can't activate NUS Extra discount

Hi guys,

I was hoping for some help? I've recently acquired my NUS Apprentice Extra card and was naturally quite happy to learn Spotify had a student offer.

However, I can't get it to work.

Thing is, I've tried EVERYTHING to get it to work. I click on the redeem discount link from the NUS site, I've hit the "get Spotify with NUS Extra" link and it just asks me to log in, which I do and then it just takes me to my regular account overview. I can't add a discount or redeem code anywhere.

Does anybody have any insight on how I might get this to work? Last time I tried was just before my December subscription came up.

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
