Can't activate spotify on sonos anymore

Hi there, I used to have spotify active on my sonos, we changed our Internet provider from DSL to Comcast Cable & The spotify app wouldn't work. I removed the spotify app, now when I try to add the spotify app back on to sonos, I get a error message saying "there was a problem authorizing the account. Please check your Internet connection. Then go back and try again." I have posted on the spotify forum page regarding resetting offline devices, I did this yesterday and am not sure if the reset has been done yet, but there has been no change in solving the problem of accessing spotify through the sonos.

All offline device resets have been done but it's not possible to save offline devices on Sonos so that won't matter anyway. Can you try changing your Sonos login password? You can do that here: https://www.spotify.com/account/set-device-password/

Emails are disappearing into cyberspace. Google isn't picking up the emails sent from the website to reset passwords. Suggestions?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can manually send you one.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
