Can't add a family member

Can't add a family member

Hello, I subsribed 1 week ago to premium + 1 family member, for my brother, and now, my other brother wants a account too!

So i had to cancel the subscription, and add one more family Smiley Mad

 

I just did it, in my account details says, that i have premium + 2 family, but when I try to add the family members, I still can add only one.

 

What do I have to do?
