Can't add a login option

My Question or Issue

So, I've decided that I'm changing my facebook account so i deleted it from my login options. I wanted to add my email, but it keeps kicking me out no matter what i do. "something went worng", ive been waiting like three months to get it fixed. im really worried that i wont be able to log in one day, its not like i can do that right now too.

To clarify, is this happening when you try to update the email address here on the account page? If so, consider also trying this in an incognito window, on different devices and on different networks.
