I'm paying for family membership and my wife is the only member at the moment. We're about to add my family members. But when I go to Family there is no option to add more family members. The "How to" guide" is retarded as it shows a screenshot of something that doesn't exist. As a software developer I am so tired of this happening in Spotify. Do you even have a QA team?

Hey @Nate1313
Sorry for the confusion. This was how the Family Plan worked when it first came out many years ago.
Today you can add or remove members from your family plan at any time. You don't have to cancel the plan and start over anymore.
You can view the Family Plan help pages here:

Sorry for the confusion!
At the bottom of the support guide here:
https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/guides/#!/article/spotify-family
It states:
What if I want to add another subaccount to my plan?
The number of subaccounts (i.e. the number of people you can invite) that you selected during signup cannot be changed. You may however cancel the subscription – at which point all members of the plan revert to Free level subscriptions if the current billing month lapses. You would then sign up again, selecting the number of subaccounts you want. You may re-invite the people you want to keep on the plan.
This means that you can only remove a member and replace them with someone else. You will have to cancel the plan and sign up again to add more people to your family plan.
If you would like to contact support about this, you can do that here:
https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
I dont know if your Spotify staff or anything, but this is really really terrible process. If there are any spotify staff monitoring this, please fix this. This is really really bad...
Wow that's a terrible process. It says you can have up to 6 family members so why can't you continue adding until you hit your maximum? What if my kid gets older and I decide I want to add them to our plan? Now I have to cancel and re-subscribe just to do this? It's not like the price changes whether I have 3 or 5 people on the plan, as far as I understand, so let us have the control to do this without making it so complicated.
