Can't add family members

Can't add family members


I purchased a year's subscription of Premium for Family but I don't have the option to add my family.
When I select "Premium for Family" in my account it just takes me to the subscription page.
I have paid for it and received my receipt and my account is now showing premium. I just can't add anyone else.

Any ideas?
