Can't add my brother to family

My brother Kadir was on my Spotify family subsciption up until last week. Until they removed him for being at the wrong address. Due to our family situation he spends most of the week with his mother at their house in the nearby town. 

Whenever I try to readd him to the plan I get a notice saying that they can not confirm the address.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
