Can't add someone to my Premium for Spotify plan

Hi! My siblings and I live in the same house and even though they put the same address in the link I sent them to subscribe to my Premium for Family plan they couldn't be added. It says they couldn't confirm that the address is the same as mine, but it actually is. I would appreciate if anyone can help me!
