Can't buy family package

Can't buy family package

Hello,

 

i can't buy the family package, it took's me directly to the normal 9,99 payment. Direct debit was active but Spotify did not debit. Now i don't have any subscription. How can i reactive the direct debit or how can i subscribe the family package again?
