Can't buy gift cards?

I've tried buying a gift card but it doesnt allow me to put the payment option, i just select paypal or credit card but it doesnt allow me to put the details in, and when i try to press continue it says there was an error.

Have you tried using a different browser or computer? Do you still get the error when trying that?

Yes i've tried different computer same thing. I saw in the FAQ that it is supposd to show the payment details at the bottom of the site but it doesnt and I believe the error it throws at me is that i didnt put the details of my payment but it just doesn't allow me to.
