Can't buy premium

Hello, as i said, i can't buy premium. I have mastercard but it doesn't working. I can't get it from Spotify even though I get membership from NetFlix within the same minute.                                        

I'm getting the error you see above. If the support doesn't understand Turkish;

"I guess your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, there was no charge. Try again or use another payment method."

Please help me..

I have the same issue. Reached out to support and still no improvement. Atp I need a suggestion for a new streaming app.
