Can't by Spotify premium.

Whenever I try to pay for Spotify premium I get the "Payment failed" error, I have checked my bank and I do have the money for the purchase and I have been able to buy other things with my card so it's not an issue with the bank. Also tried to relog which the error sign suggests and I've tried making the purchase from diffrent browsers and computers.
Help would be much appriciated.

Welcome to the Community. There are a few conditions your card will have to meet for your payment to be successful. Firstly, the card needs to be open for e-commerce, so that you can use it for online purchases (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Securecard card) and foreign purchases.

Your card will also have to be issued in the same country as the country set your Spotify profile. You can try to update your profile yourself to ensure the card and profile countries match.

Alternatively, you could try and pay through a PayPal account. If you're still having trouble, it may be worth having a chat with your bank.

I used the same card to pay for premium a month ago so I doubt that's the issue, and I've already contacted the bank. But I'll try with a paypal account then.
