Can't cancel my premium subscription, help

My name is Asael Estrada and I am trying to cancel my premium subscription but spotify tells me I have to cancel it through ITunes and app store but nothing appears about my subscription and it doesn't appear in spotify either. I don't know what to do Please help, thank you ^_^
