Can’t cancel premium account

I created an account by logging in to a phony Facebook account. I got the free trial of premium. Shortly after creating this account with the phony Facebook account I decided to use that phony Facebook account as an actual account. I added new information such as email and put my real name in the account. By doing this I am unable to get to the account that had premium. It now has me as a new account when I log in through Facebook. I can’t cancel premium and I am being charged for it. What can I do to fix this?
