Can't cancel premium subscription!

This is the last day of my 3-month trial and I tried cancelling all day yesterday and also today - but it keeps saying Ooops something went wrong try again later. 

Soon you are going to charge me for another month which I have no intention of paying for - since it is YOUR website keeping me from cancelling. 

Someone please help.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
