I've spent 2 hours this morning trying to cancel my premium subscription. You won't let me do it and this is completely unacceptable!! Nothing works !! Different browser, phone , pc , laptop . Nothing !!! This is outrageous and if it's not sorted today I'll be cancelling my direct debit and phoning trading standards!
