Can't cancel subscription at all

It won't let me cancel my premium through Spotify nor Apple. I have no clue what to do.

If you're subscribed via iTunes, just follow these steps to cancel your subscription. You can then check your account status here.

In case of trouble, just give a shout to the Support team either via the Contact form or tweet them @SpotifyCares.
