Can't change Country in my account

Can't change Country in my account

I have a problem with my account, i recently moved to México, and i'm trying to switch my account so i can pay with my local card. I have followed all the instructions, but the option to change country remains locked. I already tried also adding my new card as payment method and it just says it doesn't belog to the country set.

Hey @AngelCore,

 

I'd recommend that you cancel your subscription, wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan, then change your country setting via the dropdown menu and then re-subscribe here using your new payment details.
