Can't change account country

I can't change my country. I have got the spotify premium trial, and I like it. But I can't change my country. And Changing payment details does not work either. Because the one in accounts doesn't work as I have to buy something in order to change it. I need to change my country to another country. As you see, clicking on the arrow doesn't work. And I am in the country that I moved to. Any fix?

How did you got this trial? If you got it through your provider or iTunes you have to contact them directly.

I got this trial from the Spotify app on ios.

But I'm not asking for that, I'm asking for how do you change the country, as it's stuck in that country.
Edit: It means that Spotify was the one who provided me with this trial.

Just use the twitter option to get their attention and to help you.

By right you should be able to change the location based on the credit card you use. That's how I did it in the future after moving to another country last year. If you already have added a credit card then remove this first, and see if you can go from there.

I assume that you're willing to use the Premium service right?
