Can't change country, any solutions?

My trial of spotify just ended so i had to change my country from USA to New Zealand. But when i went to do so the country bar was greyed out in the 'edit profile' section, so i am unable to change it and consequently can't access spotify. 

I have looked online through a few forums but there have no been any solutions other than getting an admin to manually change it. I used the 'help' section to send an email but the email i recieved just looped me back to the help section and the public forum.

Any solutions guys?

In which country do you live? To change your country you need to be both an IP and valid payment details of the country you want to change it to.

You need to reply back to the automated email you got. Your case will then go back to support.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
