Can't change country - free account but wants payment details first

Hi,

I've recently moved to Canada and I can't use Spotify without changing my country, but when I go to do this it says I have to update my payment details first. I'm using Spotify Free, not Premium and can't find a way to change payment details without signing up for premium. Do you know why this is?
