Can't change country in account settings and payment can't go through

Can't change country in account settings and payment can't go through

Hi! I recently moved back home and my account was being paid with a US account (with US zip code). Now I need to change the account back to my country so I can add a local payment method but when I go to account settings, the countries' list is blocked and a "forbidden" sign appears when I try to change it.

 

Since I can't change the country and zip code, I can't get my any of my credit cards work as the zip code doesn't match... Any tips are appreciated! Already tried logging in from different devices and browsers...
