Can't change country in my account

Can't change country in my account

I'm on Premium Individual plan. Want to change payment card but the system doesn't allow me because my country match the card. When I try change country (and I left this country already), website just redirects me to the main page, nothing happens. In account settings an option with country is not even active. Please, help me someone!
