My Question or Issue

 I have recently moved from the UK to Belgium and I cannot update my card details, so that I change the country of my account too. I have been following the instructions on the help page, but it's not working for months now and I get the message attached when I try to change the payment details. What can I do?

Welcome to the community!

 

Just follow these steps and you'll have your country changed in no time!

 

  1. Cancel your subscription.
  2. Wait until your account reverts back to the free, ad-supported service at the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. Log in to your account page
  4. Click EDIT PROFILE
  5. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
    Note: Your new country will only show in this list when you’re actually there.
  6. Click SAVE PROFILE.
  7. Resubscribe to Premium using a payment method issued in your new country.
